Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until we have confirmed stock is available and ready to ship within 10 working days. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or via the secure internet facility.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we are processing your request. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. In the case of stock not being available we will again contact you to offer a similar quality and style/colour alternative before taking any payment.
Price
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT where applicable at the current rates, but exclude delivery charges.

Shipping And Handling
This website is for ordering goods for delivery to mainland UK locations only. Delivery to most area's is free of charge, however some isolated or remote areas may incur extra delivery charges . Please contact us for details.
Any delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the following paragraphs and also at the time you place an order.
Delivery should normally be within 5 -10 working days (working days are Monday to Friday, but excludes Bank Holidays). After your order has been fully processed we will contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery.
We will require a daytime telephone number to allow us to contact you on the day of delivery if necessary. Deliveries will be made to the kerbside, roadway or end of a driveway which must be accessible to an articulated lorry up to 40 ft in length. The delivery will normally be made by a tail lift vehicle, therefore the site must be level and firm enough to support the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to a maximum of 1.5 tonnes. The driver may require assistance to off load heavy items, therefore a person capable of offering assistance should be available at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns that you think may restrict access to your site for our delivery vehicles please contact our sales team as a failed delivery caused by restricted access will incur additional charges.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, and wish to cancel your order (or any part of it) before delivery or within 30 days after delivery, you may do so by contacting us on 0560 3115002 (local rate), emailing us using the link on the store page or by writing to us at Paving2Go.com Glebe Farm Rothwell Road Kettering Northants NN16 8XF to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection. The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned in the original product packaging. You will receive a full refund of the price paid less relevant delivery charges and collection charges.

Suitability
Our products are intended for domestic landscape use. Paving2Go.com cannot accept any liability if products are used for an inappropriate purpose. Paving2Go.com cannot accept responsibility once the product has been laid. All dimensions quoted on this website are nominal. Due to manufacturing tolerances actual sizes will vary as products are designed to replicate natural stone which features riven profiles and irregular fettled edges. Colours shown on this website are as representative as photographically possible. Due to the nature of quarried natural stone there may be a variation in colour between individual pieces.
